SELLER IS OFFERING 1 YEAR OF CONDO FEES WITH ACCEPTABLE OFFER! Fees include water, sewer & basic cable. This stunning 2-bed, 2-bath ocean view condo was taken down to the studs & meticulously rebuilt from the inside out. With nearly 1000 sq ft, this unique & open floorplan is located in Beachcomber II, a boutique-style oceanfront building with only 12 homes. It's got that small-building charm without any of the cookie-cutter vibes. Whether searching for your primary, 2nd home or investment opportunity - this beach place checks all the boxes. Unlike most other oceanfront condominiums, short-term rentals are allowed. Bring along the furry family members-pets are welcome too! Step inside & be wowed by the completely open & gorgeous living space. The thoughtfully appointed kitchen showcases bright white soft-close shaker cabinetry & ''Fantasy Ivory'' granite counters accented with a travertine backsplash. The KitchenAid induction range with dual ovens pairs nicely with the counter-depth French Door fridge. The living and dining areas feature impact-rated hurricane-compliant windows with wifi enabled remote-controlled privacy roller shades. This beautiful space is accented with a striking stone-stacked tiled accent wall. The dining area features custom built-ins - just perfect for storage and display. The oversized primary bedroom offers a large walk-in closet with custom built-ins, blackout blinds, and a private ocean view balcony accessed through impact-rated sliding doors. The ensuite bath boasts an oversized shower with strikingly handsome wall tile accented with a tiled waterfall and pebble-floor. The Carrera quartz counters top the Wellborn Forest soft-close cabinetry. The spacious guest bedroom is currently used as an office and fitness room. It also has custom closet built-ins. The guest bath impresses with a rare and exquisite onyx counter featuring LED under-glow. The oversized shower is completely tiled including the ceiling and is accented with a stylish European sliding glass shower door. Upgrades run deep here -- soundproof drywall, replaced main electrical panel, a tankless water heater, and a water softener/purification system. The HVAC was replaced last year. Laundry day is a breeze with the built-in LG full-sized stacked washer & dryer. Take a splash and hangout in the recently refurbished oceanfront pool with adjacent picnic pavilion and deck. The building was recently water-proofed, re-sealed and painted. Easy living with two covered, dedicated parking spaces conveniently located at the base of the stairs to the condominium. Just four blocks to vibrant downtown, next to JAX Beach Oceanfront Park and across from UNF Beach Sculpture Park - you and your vacation guests will love it all!
