Just one block from the ocean, this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home offers ocean views from an exceptional .45 acre corner homesite that sits high and dry. One of the largest lots in the area, this is the kind of space that is exceptionally hard to find so close to the beach without being a flood zone. Enjoy ocean views from the primary suite, kitchen, living room, and dining area, along with sliders throughout the upstairs that open the home to its outdoor spaces and bring in abundant natural light. The wraparound deck offers plenty of room for morning coffee, dinners outside, and watching the sunrise, while a separate private west facing porch off the kitchen gives you your own spot for sunsets. The large kitchen was designed with both beauty and function in mind, with granite countertops, new appliances, a large island, generous storage, and an abundance of windows. All three bedrooms are ensuite, each with a private full bathroom, and all three bathrooms feature walk in showers. The primary bathroom features dual vanities and a substantial walk in shower. Remodeled in 2024, the home includes updated plumbing, electrical, exterior, flooring, sliders, window treatments, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. All window and door screens are included and currently in storage. The exterior combines concrete and Hardi-board construction, and the roof was replaced in 2023. Spray foam insulation has been added to the roof decking for improved energy efficiency. The .45 acre lot creates possibilities that are nearly impossible to duplicate this close to the ocean. Add onto the existing home, build a larger home, add a pool, or simply enjoy the space and privacy that are already here. There is tremendous opportunity build equity over time. There is also no HOA, giving you even more flexibility in how you enjoy the property. The home has been in the same family for years and has recently operated as a successful short term rental, making it an appealing option for a second home, vacation rental, or a combination of the two. It is offered fully furnished, with the option to purchase it unfurnished if preferred. The Matanzas Avenue vehicle beach access is just one block away. Located in Anastasia Hills in the Butler Beach area of St. Augustine Beach, you can also walk or bike to Paladar Café, with Back 40 and Viola's nearby. This is a rare opportunity to own something truly special along the St. Augustine coastline. Annual homeowner's insurance is $3025.
